July has been an insanely busy month for me. I had to travel overseas twice in a single month for the first time.
The first trip was for business, and in fact, my very first one too. I went to China to meet up with some other Shanghai colleagues to attend a “camp”. From there, I’ve visited our in-house factory and see for myself how the products that I had been developing are made and assembled together. Makes my job more fulfilling to see how my contributions are materialized.

In continuation to my previous post on my travels from Singapore to Thailand by land, I’ve decided to also blog about some money saving tips that I found out by accident during my vacation while they are still fresh in my memory. This feeling is a bitter sweet one because it made me realize how much money I have “lost” during my previous travels to Malaysia and Bangkok.
Oh well, I guess it’s never too late, only later. >_<
Anyway, since this trip isn’t a conventional one as I traveled by land and it was also my first time visiting Ipoh, it offered me different alternatives on how to get what I need as compared to arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport. I am back in Singapore!!!
Holidays are tiring. Despite what people say about being refreshed after going on a vacation, I always feel even more sian (lethargic?) to come back. The holiday mood never seems to go away and I’m always looking forward to the next one. :p And the jet lag is here to stay for some time at work even though it is just a 2.5 hours flight :p
